Summary
You have seen how to organize projects under EPS, how to organize within projects using WBS, and how to assign user access to EPS, Projects, and WBS using OBS. The simple example showed you how to put these to work in practice.
In the next chapter we will walk through a more detailed exercise. We will create a new project, assign it a place in the EPS, parse out access in the OBS, and then break the work into meaningful sections with the WBS. We will then follow the project through a simple life cycle in order to illustrate how P6 is used from project inception to end.
