The print() function
If you haven't programmed in Python for a while or are a Python novice, you may be confused about the Python 2 versus Python 3 discussions. In a nutshell, the latest version Python 3 is not backward compatible with the older Python 2 because the Python development team felt that some issues were fundamental and therefore warranted a radical change. The Python team has committed to maintain Python 2 until 2020. This may be problematic for the people who still depend on Python 2 in some way. The consequence for the print()
function is that we have two types of syntax.
