Restoring or Troubleshooting the Deletion of a Microsoft 365 Group

When a Microsoft 365 group associated with a team is deleted, it affects not only the team but also the connected resources such as SharePoint sites and Outlook mailboxes. Administrators have a 30-day window to restore a deleted group.

Important Note

Only Administrators can restore deleted groups. Team owners will need to request support in these scenarios.
