Creating a report

In order to create a report from the Configuration Manager console, you have to choose Create Report and launch the Create Report Wizard page. Then, you can choose to use a report model if it is present or a SQL-based report. For more information on report models, use the following link:

The next example uses a SQL-based report. You have to enter a name for the report and choose the path to select a folder location where you will save the report. Click on Next and review the Summary page. Click on Next again and then on Finish to deploy the report to the report server and to start Report Builder.
