Creating a deal manually

We talked about deals in Chapter 5. So, we already know they are a big part of your overall automation game plan. But here’s a little nugget of wisdom, friends. Sometimes, you’ve got to roll up your sleeves and manually add a contact to the deal pipeline.

Yep, that’s right. Despite all the automation magic, there are moments when a personal touch is needed. So, don’t hesitate to dive in and add those contacts manually when necessary. It’s all part of keeping your pipeline finely tuned and ready for action.

How to do it…

To manually intervene and assist contacts in advancing through your funnel, start by identifying key touchpoints where human interaction may be needed. Knowing when you need to act is critical to successfully keeping your automation flowing.
