Implementing cyber resilience
Organizations face cyberattacks in regular patterns. Cyber resiliency is no longer a nice-to-have feature for organizations – it is a must-have feature. However, most organizations worldwide are not prepared for cyberattacks. Due to a lack of skills, knowledge, planning, the non-existence of proper governance and resilient platforms, and inconsistent incident response (IR) and recovery solutions, protecting a system against cyberattacks is a very challenging job. During the pandemic, the healthcare system faced cyberattacks at an exponential level. The threat landscape is growing every day, and so is the complexity of designing protection against attacks. Here are some critical features of a cyber-resilient platform:
- Ensure the platform is highly available and resilient against any failures.
- Ensure air-gap protection of configurations of devices, VMs, and bare-metal systems for immutable storage with IBM Resiliency Orchestration replication...
