The Brush Library

Brushes on Procreate are stored in a carefully arranged list called the Brush Library. You can view this library by tapping twice on any one of the Paint, Smudge, or Erase tools, as shown in the following screenshot:

The Brush Library offers a simple way to access and organize your brushes. In the following sub-sections, we will delve into the different features of the Brush Library and learn how to use these features.

Brush sets and brushes

When you open the Brush Library, you’ll see that it’s divided into two vertical panels. The one on the left contains brush sets. By default, the brushes are organized into sets or categories, such as Inking, Sketching, Calligraphy, and several more, as shown in the following screenshot:
