Reverse engineering prompts – captioning images
You may recall that in Chapter 2, we covered a section on how to write effective prompts using guide questions and statements to achieve better results in the Text to image module. Now that we have acquired the skill of prompt engineering, let’s look the other way around by learning a technique to reverse-engineer prompts. It is called captioning images.
Captioning images enables you to easily identify how to decode images into words, together with specific styles that they may contain. You can also look at this technique as a program being deconstructed into code for you to recompile and make iterations. Another benefit is having the capability of an art historian with years (or even decades) of experienced practice to decode detailed information about a digital image, right at your fingertips.
