Chapter 10: Reporting in Captivate Prime
In the previous chapter, we reviewed L1, L2, and L3 feedback for courses and learning programs. This provided you with important data about the learner behavior in your Prime account. Remember, these feedback features are based on Dr. Donald Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Learning Evaluation model.
Four levels, did you say? That's right! You only covered the first three levels in the previous chapter. Fortunately, this chapter is entirely dedicated to the fourth level of Kirkpatrick's model. As a reminder, the fourth level is the Results Level, which aims to measure the result of the training strategy at the organizational level. It is at this stage that the focus shifts from the individual learner to the impact of learning on the organization as a whole.
