In this chapter, we covered the most essential FMX components available, as well as some very common capabilities they share (for example, text settings, fill and stroke definitions, and so on). It is almost impossible to build an FMX application without having to deal with the topics that were covered in this chapter. By now, you should be comfortable with them.
By reading this chapter, you are now one step closer to being able to build rich and effective UIs, thus getting the most out of the FMX framework.
In the next chapter, we will learn how to master lists, trees, and grid controls.
