Steps in customer survey analysis

Customer satisfaction analysis (or customer survey analysis), like any other analysis, is a process that you, as an analyst, need to follow and iterate. There are six steps involved in conducting a customer survey analysis:

  1. Define the objectives of the survey: The first step in conducting a customer survey analysis is to define the objectives of the survey. This will help you determine the type of data that needs to be collected, the target audience, and the questions that will be asked. The objectives of the survey should be specific, measurable, and aligned with the goals of the organization.
  2. Design the survey questions: Once the survey method has been selected, the next step is to design the survey questions.
