Plan Management

In this chapter, we’ll start delving deeper into the key management areas I discussed in Chapter 1, starting with plan management. We’ll build on the Mercury program example, first introduced in Chapter 4, An Introduction to Program Management Using a Case Study, to inspect all stages of creating a plan both at the project and program levels.
