Digital asset checklist

To make the asset preparation of your site simpler, here’s a list of some of the basics that you’ll need to have on hand for your site.

Must have

• Logo: A minimum of 300 px wide, saved in .jpg, .gif, or .png format
• Social sharing logo: 1,200 px x 630 px, saved as .png or .jpeg, no larger than 500 KB
• Favicon (browser icon): Between 100 px x 100 px and 300 px x 300 px, saved as .png, no larger than 100 KB
• 1-5 images: Images with descriptive filenames, saved as .jpg, .gif, or .png:
  • Banner image size: 1,920 px wide, 550 KB or lower
  • Image block size: 500 px-1,200 px, 300 KB or lower

Optional

• Social sharing images for each page
• Icons downloaded as .png for use throughout the site
• Alternate logo versions for use on darker-colored section backgrounds
