Chapter 6. Solution Architectures
Now that you know what Service Oriented Architecture means, what building blocks are used in Service Oriented Architecture, and what type of services can be distinguished, it's time to investigate how we can technically implement this. In this chapter, you will learn the main features and architecture of the product suites that are offered by three large software vendors: Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft. There are a lot more vendors on the market, but it would take up too much space to describe the entire market. After reading this chapter and this book, you should be able to assess other suites yourself.
