Security becomes essential when business data or information is shared among users. Keeping track of basic data operations, such as reading or modifying, is vital for compliance auditing. Having said this, we long for a miracle to save us from the manual effort of recording each and every operation in a Teams collaboration.
Through the Microsoft Teams admin center, we can control how Teams works in our organization, from deciding who joins chats and the apps they're allowed to run, to monitoring the content of messages to prevent the sharing of sensitive information. We can also keep track of who performed any file operations. While many of these features and services are enabled by default, others are enabled on a case-by-case basis.
