Fixing blurred images
The sad truth is, if your image file is really blurred, there's not much that software can actually do to bring it back to a point of sharpness. However, if it's just a little blurred, you can try increasing the contrast or using one of the specialist tools available in Elements to make it at least appear at least a bit sharper.
The following are some tools that might improve the overall look of a blurry image:
