Finally, armed with all these insights, let's design the new process. Typically, this phase is the most challenging. Therefore, I put all the methodologies, guidelines, and philosophical discussions ahead of this section.
For the scope of this book, we assume that Terence Limited and the people in our project are willing to make a bold step forward and overcome their old way of working. Organizational change management is in progress and they can't wait to get to know the new process:
