Technical requirements

To work through this chapter, you need to have prior knowledge of navigating around the Outlook 2019 interface and setting options. In addition, you will need to be confident in creating, sending, and managing the mail environment. You should be able to insert and attach item content to elements within the interface, and also be able to format email content, just as you have learned in previous chapters of this book.
