In this chapter, we have looked at Fission. We have installed it using Helm and deployed it both locally and in Google Cloud. We have also launched several test applications, some basic and some that call out to third-party services to both post and return information. During the installation and configuration of the example applications, I hope that you started to see the usefulness of Fission and how it, and other serverless technologies, can be integrated into your own applications.
