Troubleshooting Business Cards
As Business Cards are so visible, this feature is usually the first thing people notice if they stop working. Understanding how to find and resolve a Business Card problem is critical to a successful deployment. The Business Cards are managed by the UserInfo servlet and service on the Community Server, so in most cases problems with Business Cards are usually isolated to just the display of Business Cards. Issues with the feature do not tend to impact other services such as chat or meetings, but as with any system issue, especially in large environments, it is prudent to resolve any issues with Business Cards first.
The first thing to consider when troubleshooting a Business Cards issue is that the UserInfo servlet on a server provides the same service to everyone.
If no Business Cards are displayed or they appear incomplete or incorrect, it is usually a server-side issue
