The default learner home page of Captivate Prime contains several widgets whose content is provided by the artificial intelligence engine that is built into the platform. In the previous section, we discussed the Recommended based on your areas of interest widget, and you learned how the Admin Defined and Industry Aligned skills affect its content.

In this section, you will explore the Recommended based on peer activity widget and the options available to the administrator that affects the recommendations it produces.

To come up with the recommendation provided by that widget, the artificial intelligence must analyze how you and your peers behave on the Prime account. This includes analyzing the courses that learners have enrolled in, the skills covered by those courses, the L1 and L3 feedback that was received, whether or not new courses published on the platform are successful, current industry trends, and more.
