Having social networking information within the records in Salesforce allows users to improve communication and improves the interaction with customers and prospects.
Depending upon which user interface in the Lightning Platform you are using in your organization, you can connect with social networking information from Twitter and YouTube. From within the Lightning Experience user interface, you can access Twitter and from within the Salesforce Classic user interface, you can access Twitter and YouTube. The Salesforce mobile app supports social networking information from Twitter only.
