Going All In: A Leap of Faith
In previous chapters, we described how a potential SAP implementation will have passed through the necessary design and build phases of functional activation, process adoption, and solutions extension, all in line with clean core best practices, using, for instance, SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) services, which surround and enhance the core S/4HANA solution. The solution will have gone through rigorous and extensive testing phases to meet both the functional and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). However, the implementation is not quite over yet. Now, we have reached the point in the implementation plan that includes the activities required to deploy into production safely and securely, following clearly defined business readiness and acceptance criteria.
