Summary
This chapter covered the main components of the Amazon Braket service. We went over how to create an AWS account, which, for our purpose, was the root account. Then, we started the Amazon Braket service and configured the S3 service with the appropriate directory file(s). Following this, we started the Braket notebook service for users that will be signing into the AWS console and using the Amazon Braket instance of the notebooks and examples. Additionally, we reviewed the changes needed on a notebook so that it can send job information to the correct folder. We also discussed the pros and cons of keeping the notebook instance open versus shutting down the notebook service. We discussed how to enable users to gain access to the Amazon Braket service remotely through their local computer installation of Jupyter Notebook. Finally, we also showed how users can sign in to Amazon Braket through their console access.
