Moving a frame
A prezi is a work in progress, and edits are an inevitable part of the process. Planning ahead for your design will obviously save you some editing time, but even when we adhere to this principle, we will have to move frames around time and again. The good news is that it is very easy to move a frame.
Remember that when you select and edit your frame, you will also be editing the frame's content. So when you move a frame, the contents in the frame are moved with it.
How to do it…
- Open the prezi that you want to work in.
- Locate the frame that you want to move.
- Click on the visible part of the frame to select it.
- Drag the frame to a new position on the canvas.
- Let go of the frame by dropping it in a new position.
Tip
Any selected element on the Prezi canvas can be moved slightly by using the forward and backward arrows on the keyboard. This is very useful to fine-tune an element's placement.
