Part 3: UV Mapping and Texture Painting
Part 3 explores special techniques and workflows that can be used to give us more flexibility for creating authentic, custom textures. Here, we will learn how to unwrap models for custom texturing, bake environmental lighting onto our models to add more detail to the materials, and paint custom details and features onto our textures. We will then put everything into practice by fully texturing a downloadable 3D model.
