Combining actions in a business rule

You are not limited to single actions; you can perform multiple actions to achieve your goal:

The preceding figure shows three actions performed together.

It is common for you to perform the same set of actions on a field, for example, as follows:

• Set Business Required
• Show field
• Unlock field

Actions performed by a business rule on a field in the form will also perform the same action on the corresponding data step in a business process flow. 

Now that you are aware of all the actions, we will look at the conditions that you will use to determine when to apply your actions.
