Logs and queues best practices
Logs and queues are an important part of a ServiceNow instance. Logs are used throughout ServiceNow to record events occurring in an instance. These are used in debugging, as we have seen, and these logs should be well-defined when included.
Queues are seen in ServiceNow in a number of areas, from the ECC queue to the system scheduler. These queues build up jobs or actions to be performed when the time is right.
When using logs and queues, it is important to make logs clear and only create jobs or event in queues where necessary.
