In this chapter, we will learn about the three key aspects of building a successful team and explain the role of a leader in a data science team. We will learn how to build and sustain a balanced team that's capable of delivering end-to-end solutions. Then, we will set out a plan that we will improve and add several useful management skills to our arsenal: leadership by example, active listening, empathy and emotional quotient, trust, and delegation.
