You can apply some formatting options to change the look and feel of a table. These options are available in the Show/Hide (B) menu under more actions (A) to turn table elements on or off. All the sub-menu options are marked with corresponding alphabets and dotted lines in the table on the left side. The Freeze Lines option will be discussed in the Freezing Table Rows and Columns section later in this chapter.
In addition to the aforementioned elements, you can change the appearance of the table using the options provided in the Styling tab under Designer. Besides the conventional styling options you have already applied in previous exercises, the Styling tab allows you to change the table pattern, merge cells, and add rows and columns. These options will be discussed later in this chapter.
