Advanced resolution
Having explored the monitoring, we can see how error information can be seen, and as a result determine if integrations are failing, or whether there is an issue between ICS and the systems involved in the integration, or something wrong within one or more integrations. Sometimes this alone is sufficient to help identify the problem and its resolution, but not always. This section looks at common causes, and things to check (you may know from the Monitoring views a particular connection is the source of problems, but not why). We also explore how to look at the most detailed information available - the log files - and where to get more information on cause and resolution.
