Should I use BPMN in my information system?
The length of this chapter may indicate that I am truly passionate about using processes for software information system integration. To be fully transparent, I have long been against processes as I had been mostly exposed to their bad aspects: constraining people into working in a way that has been decided away from the people actually doing the work, being rigid as a working process tends to block any innovation since “it has always worked this way”, and so on.
