Roadmap for continuous feedback
This part underscores the value of feedback in the iterative development process. It shows how to establish channels for continuous feedback from users and stakeholders, facilitating rapid adjustments and improvements to meet their needs effectively.
There is no standard roadmap because every organization and application has unique current-state and future-state priorities for continuous feedback.
Figure 10.6 is an example of a roadmap for continuous feedback. In this example, the organization’s current state of continuous feedback was assessed to be a level 2 capability, continuous integration, and the desired goal for the organization is to transform to level 4, continuous deployment.
