Managing the Cisco Internetwork

In this chapter, we will be discussing LAN switching and Cisco routers in your network. I will be showing you how you can manage your internetworking devices through the network. You will learn the main components of Cisco's routers, and we will look at the boot sequence. Also, I will be showing how you can manage the switch or the router using TFTP, and you will be learning how to configure the router as a DHCP server and an NTP. Plus, we will be looking into the Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP).
