Summary

In this chapter, we embarked on a journey into the realm of information modeling by understanding and realizing the value that property sets offer us in the design space. With Civil 3D and its network of connected add-ins and new tools, we can generate custom and exceptional data that when contextualized with other aspects of our models and projects becomes useful information. When we can correlate that to other pieces of information and connect it to other aspects of our projects, our efficiency and confidence climb exponentially.

Discovering their transformative power goes a long way in enhancing the effectiveness of our civil BIM designs.
