Developing an attractive online presence
For the Internet-savvy generation, having an attractive online presence is important. These days, just having a website isn't enough; you need a presence on social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. When a candidate researches your organization, the first thing they will do is enter the company name into a search engine, so it is always good for you to know what comes up in that search and to ensure all your online activities push your own site to the top of the list.
In order to make this section more practical, I am going to assume that you already have a website; we will work from that starting point.
