Audit Trail helps you keep track of specific events that happen on your blog. Each action is recorded in Audit Trail's logs with the username, time of event, IP address, the action taken, and the results of the action. Logging is available for:
File attachments—When someone uploads a new image or file
Category management—When someone adds, edits, or deletes a category
Comment management—When a comment is added or modified
