Can you tell us about your role as the CIO at Wiley and how it related to user stories?
More and more, the role of the CIO focuses on innovation and transformation. We are no longer just keeping things running; we are also building new products and new ways of working. This is where user stories come in. At Wiley, we would have many innovative projects running at any one time, from deployment automation to end user workflow automation, and each of these was managed using Agile delivery methodologies.
