Adding products to your store

When you create a store, you will see sample products already populated. I love that Squarespace does this – as a person who primarily learns by doing, I find it so useful to be able to see and interact with the products I’m going to be creating.

In this section, we’ll walk through setting up your first products. As a mom, a business owner, and overall a person with a lot going on, there’s nothing I love more than a spa day, so for the purposes of this chapter, we’re going to build a three-product shop with an essential oil (physical product), a downloadable e-book with relaxation techniques (digital product), and bookable meditation support (service).
