Summary
In this chapter we have learned some of the principles of Agile Management to run the governance of the central repository. We have also been introduced to the Shirlaws methodology of communicating ideas effectively. We saw that decision-making combines head, heart, and gut and we need to use all three to manage up. We saw some ProVision® models using the Enterprise Designer framework, and we learned that we can get the original models from the Enterprise Designer website.
In the next chapter, we will complete our explanation of what the toolset does and how it integrates with Knowledge Exchange® to provide a communication and collaboration environment.
