Transitioning Leadership
I once heard someone say that their goal as a parent was to raise kids that would be better parents than they were. And this was a really good parent saying this, one giving training and support to parents. What it speaks to is the intent to always know that your work can be improved upon and made better and that your humility will help it get there.
