Experience Cloud out-of-the-box reporting

With all good setup items, there are a myriad of ways that native reporting can be handled for Salesforce Experience Cloud. In this section, we will cover three out of the four. We are going to focus on the following:

  • Dashboards inside My Workspaces
  • Dashboards inside of Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud
  • Einstein Analytics configurations

The fourth type of setup is reporting inside of the site itself, for the end users of the site. We are going to cover that in our Setting up reporting for your Experience Cloud users section. Let’s jump into getting dashboarding set up inside your My Workspaces.

Dashboards inside My Workspaces

The first thing to do is make sure that you have navigated over to the workspace you wish to build reports on from the All Sites section of the Salesforce configuration. Once you have navigated there, you will want to click on Dashboards.
