Be prepared

An opportunity to show off Prezi could come along at any time. You need to be prepared to act fast so there's no time wasted at all. In Chapter 9, Prezi for Online Delivery, we showed you how to brand your Prezis in order to make sure the corporate colors and logo were always present in your designs. With this in mind, it's crucial that you create a branded Prezi template that can be used at any time. Your company is bound to have a standard PowerPoint template that people use, so create a company Prezi template and make sure it's always there when an opportunity arises.

Using Theme Wizard

Follow these steps to create a standard company Prezi template:

1. Open Colors & Fonts | Theme Wizard.
