The second way to add audio at slide level is to import audio clips into the course. When taking this approach, the audio clips are recorded and produced in a dedicated audio application.
In this exercise, you will delete the audio narration recorded in the previous section and replace it with an imported audio file:
- Return to the second slide of the Chapter03/takeTheTrain.cptx file.
- Use the Audio | Remove | Slide to remove the audio clip associated with the selected slide.
Note that this action removes the audio from the slide, but not from the Library of the project. You will learn more about the Library in Chapter 4, Working with the Timeline and Other Useful Tools.
- In the Options tab of the Properties inspector, click the Add Audio button. The Slide Audio dialog opens.
