Technical requirements
Prior knowledge of the Teams/Zoom environment is not necessary. It is, however, imperative that you have the relevant software available to practice and work through this chapter. It is advantageous to have prior knowledge of the Outlook 2021 email application and be familiar with creating appointments in the Calendar view.
