SQL Server as PaaS

Running databases as PaaS (or DaaS) allows us to leverage PaaS advantages. This means that we have fewer settings available, but there is less maintenance as well. We don't have direct access to SQL Server and can't perform many operations, but we can still manage with preconfigured options that are available.
