Blocking callers
Most likely you'll get phone calls from people you don't want to talk to, either because you no longer like them anymore or because they're unsolicited calls from people you don't know.
When you get a phone call, the caller's name appears on the screen if you've added that phone number and the caller's name in the Contacts app. If you have not added both the phone number and caller's name in the Contacts app, only the caller's phone number appears on the screen.
Once you receive a call from someone, you can block that phone number. To block a call, follow these steps:
- Tap the Phone icon on the Home screen.
- Tap the Recents icon at the bottom of the screen. A list of recent calls appears where an i is shown inside a circle icon to the right of each call, as shown in Figure 4.25:
