Adding subdivision levels and transferring detail using ZProject
In this section, you’ll use the new mesh that we just created with ZRemesher and start increasing its resolution so that you can add a lot of detail in Chapter 6. Then we will use the ZProject functionality to transfer detail from the original DynaMesh sculpt to the new mesh.
Subdividing meshes
Subdividing a mesh is an operation that creates four new polygons from each four-sided polygon, and three new polygons from each three-sided polygon, while also creating a new subdivision level.
