Saving time with Quick Parts
If there is a portion of a document that you find you are reusing or copying and pasting frequently, such as your address, a disclosure, copyright information, a form, or even a decorative element, you can save that chunk of your document as a Quick Part and reuse that content over and over again with just a few clicks of your mouse. A Quick Part is simply a chunk of reusable content. In fact, Microsoft Word already comes preloaded with some Quick Parts that you can explore and use. Just open the Quick Parts gallery to view what Word already has available.
