Connecting feedback to product features
Regardless of the role you play, paying attention to the words people use when they describe how to achieve each question is the key to uncovering the solution. Those words can help you pick up on critical phrasing you will want to incorporate into your Experience Cloud design later.
For example, consider if someone says they want a “concierge” experience for their customers versus wanting a place where someone can merely find information. Both may be valid items you incorporate into the design; however, the concierge requirement elevates expectations. A concierge doesn’t simply answer your question; they anticipate your next question. You can parlay that into a readout back to the group about how AI might be a feature they need to build into the site. Here is a table that can help you identify which technology to use:
